These terms and conditions form the basis of the iiNet Limited (“iiNet”) Free Movie Tickets Offer by iiNet customers who have applied for and added Phone 1 or Phone 2 to their existing iiNet broadband service. Information on how eligible customers can redeem the Offer and general terms and conditions for participation form part of these Terms and Conditions.

1. This promotion is only opened to specifically invited customers of iiNet. These customers will receive a promotion invitation email delivered by iiNet directly to their own email address. The promotion invitation outlines the offer to the customer and is not transferable.

2. The promotion runs for the Specified Time Period only: from 11/06/2010 to midnight on the 15/07/2010.

3. To be eligible to receive the free movie tickets offer (the ‘Offer’) invited iiNet customers must add either the Phone 1 or Phone 2 service to the broadband service they currently have with iiNet within the specified time period. This is referred to as “bundling with phone”.

4. Under this Offer, eligible Broadband 1 customers will receive “6 months worth” of movie tickets which constitutes one movie ticket per month for 6 months. Eligible Broadband 2+ customers will receive a “year’s worth” of movie tickets which constitutes one movie ticket per month for 12 months.

5. Each month post joining, eligible customers will receive an email message with a unique code. This code can be activated online to access a movie ticket. Customers are required to go to www.iinet.net.au/movies to activate their ticket. Each code is valid for redemption online until midnight on the last day of the month that the code is delivered. The ticket will be valid until the last day of the month following the month that the specific code was issued.

6. Each Movie ticket has a RRP of “up to” AUD$17.50 and is valid for one adult to a general admission screening of the movie of their choice any day or night of the week including those designated as No Free Ticket, subject to seating availability, at a Participating Cinema.

7. A list if Participating Cinemas can be found at the following website: http://www.hollywoodmoviemoney.com.au/cinemas_NH/select.html. Please note that this list of cinemas may change.

8. All movie tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or replaced. Change will not be given irrespective of cinema pricing.

9. Surcharges apply for Vmax and 3D presentations. Vouchers cannot be used for Silver Screen, Gold Class and Europa Cinema, movie marathons or any other special screening. Tickets are not valid for use at Loganholme cinemas and greater Union drive-in cinemas or Glenelg Drive-in.

10. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included.

11. The movie vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, including any unused portion of the ticket.

12. iiNet is working with the company Hollywood Movie Money to provide the movie tickets for this promotion.

13. By entering into this promotion the customer agrees to allow iiNet to share personal information with Hollywood Movie Money as required to facilitate the distribution of free movie tickets.

14. Hollywood Movie Money will use the personal information supplied by iiNet strictly for the purpose of conducting and facilitating this Offer (including but not limited to determining and notifying eligible customers).

15. The Offer is only open to residents of Australia.

16. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury sustained, as a result of taking up the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

17. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this offer, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and, subject to the approval of those authorities which have issued permits for the conduct of this offer, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.

18. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, Internet entries. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Offer.

20. Any question or dispute regarding the Promotion or in connection with participation in the Promotion will be resolved by iiNet in its sole discretion.

21. No rewards will be awarded to customers who cancel their phone or broadband service with iiNet.

22. No rewards will be awarded to any customer whose account has overdue invoices or until those amounts are settled.
