How does this work each month?
You will receive an email with a new claim code each month. This code is valid for that month only. You can only enter 1 time a month to claim a ticket, however you can use your code to log into the site at any time to update your details if your email address or contact info changes.

When does the promotion start?
The promotion commences on 1st May, 2010 at 5:00am AEDST. Your 12 months begin from the first month you receive an email.

When are the emails sent?
The code emails are sent on the 1st of each month.

When do I have until to claim each ticket?
You can claim your ticket any time during the month in question.

How many times can I enter?
Your tickets are valid at any of the participating cinemas listed on www.iinetmovies.com.au.

What if I can’t print my ticket?
The tickets are generated as Adobe PDF files these can be viewed in a free program called acrobat reader downloadable from www.adobe.com.au. Your ticket is also emailed to you incase you cannot print it out straight away. If your printer is broken or not working you can forward the email with your ticket onto a friend to print out.

What if my code is rejected?
You might be entering a code from an old email from a past monthn or you might have entered it slightly wrong. Try copy and pasting from the email if you are still having trouble and check that the date of your email is from the same month you are currently in.

What if my email address changes?
Log back into the system using the code from this month, you can then update your email address by clicking on the update details button. The new email address will now be used to send you your codes each month.

What if I miss a month?
Tickets can only be claimed for the month in question. If you miss a month you cannot claim past months tickets in future months so make sure you claim each month to ensure you don’t miss out. If you are having trouble claiming your ticket for any reason please ensure you contact customer support in the month in question to ensure that you do not miss out.

What if the cinema rejects my ticket?
If the cinema rejects your ticket please check that they are on the participating cinemas list. If they are please contact our customer support team. If you have already purchased a ticket as a result mail in your receipt with your contact info and the iinet ticket in question and we will refund you the cost of the ticket. Why is the site rejecting my date of birth?
The website checks against the info obtained from you when you joined iinet. If for some reason we have a DOB that is different from your actual date of birth please contact our customer support team and they will be able to fix this up for you.
